Vinyasa flow

A dynamic class which we move steadily from pose to pose in a sequence of movements synchronised with breath. This energetic practise performed with a conscious awareness provides a calming full body work out.

A slower paced practise to our Vinyasa Flow classes. Poses are held for longer periods and we mindfully transition between poses. This practise is perfect for those new to Yoga or prefer to move slower. Moving with greater level of focus will help both beginner and intermediate students increase strength and flexibility.

Yin suits all ages and stages and is the perfect gentle introduction to yoga, no need to be super fit or flexible!

In this meditative and restorative practice, poses are held longer than your usual yoga class. We use the support of bolsters, blocks and blankets to create a comfortable and relaxing vibe.
